He was all about teaching us the skills we needed to fly solo.
I almost feel like I've gone through Anatomy 101, in a fun way
Kevin was so patient and beautifully explained to me how it works.
His program is not for everyone; if you are not serious about being in it to win it, he will not take you on as a client
What really sets Kevin apart from other trainers is his weekly one-on-one consultations.
The work
Some days we lift. Some days we stretch and roll. Every session has a purpose.

Build strength with a plan that meets your current ability and moves toward the goal. The weight serves the work.
When you’re sore and need a different session, we adjust. Stretching, rolling, and moving well count as training.
Learn how food supports the plan. We work on habits you can use between sessions, and review what needs to change.

Bring a goal, or we’ll find one at the first consult. If we can’t agree on what we’re working toward, we don’t fit.
Bring one, or we’ll work on one together at the first consult. We need a clear reason to begin.
I assess your starting point and propose the plan, frequency, and timeline. The minimum is 16 weeks.
If the goal and the commitment make sense to both of us, we start. If you’re still thinking, take your time.
