My Story

The Wake-Up Call: From Injuries to Lasting Wellness.

I began training at 15, rooted in the 'Yang' world of martial arts and bodybuilding—structured, disciplined, and force-driven. Though successful, I was strong yet unbalanced, facing constant injuries and nervous system overload.

Discovering the 'Yin' side—yoga, breathwork, meditation, and ancient wisdom—transformed my path. Now, through The RISEN Project, I help others bridge strength and consciousness for true, sustainable wellness.
